Kenedy-Kleberg show is only 1 of very few county shows left in Texas which require youth to kindle their own market(meat) pens.
4-H & FFA youth need to order their breeding does 325 days prior to your next show date!!  OR notifiy a breeder this early so they'll have does available to sell already bred for your show date!!

NOTE TO CLIENTS:

*Unfortunately, due to the occasional few who take advantage or fail to stand by their word or handshake, we here at E-Z Rockin'Rabbitry have had to implement some strict terms and conditions:
TERMS & CONDITIONS:

**For clients requesting E-Z Rockin'Rabbitry to breed for your specific show dates for market "meat" pens:
1st -   Your name will  be added to the waiting list for that specified breed date.
2nd -  Once the does have kindled, the 50% deposit will then be required to maintain your place on the list.
3rd -  A pick up time will be pre-arranged for a date after kits wean and prior to your specific validation date.
4th -   To All CLIENTS--DUE TO HIGH DEMAND:  The client must pick up their order on the pre-arranged date or the client looses their deposit and the reserved rabbit(s) and/or services will be made available to the next client on the waiting list. 
[One may re-schedule an appointment if they contact us at least 24 hours prior to the original date.]  If they still want to purchase from E-Z Rockin'Rabbitry, they must pay 100% of the "START AT" price Up Front if there are still rabbits available to meet their request.
5th -   "Extra" meat pens for a particular breed date are sold on a first come, first serve basis...and must be paid for 100%...no deposits to hold them!
Note: E-Z Rockin'Rabbitry will release for sell only rabbits which are in good health & condition.  It is not responsible for the rabbit(s) once it/they are under the clients' care.

E-Z Rockin' Rabbitry has the most successful breedings when done as follows:  Exposing the client's doe to the buck, then re-exposing the doe within the next 12 hours.  This usually includes boarding the doe for a minimum of one night, sometimes more if the client needs to leave her until the following weekend for their convenience or the does lack of receptiveness.  It is very important to make sure the doe is receptive. (See figure 1.1-1.2 for examples.)

**Any specific comments an ARBA judge may have made about your rabbit or market pen would also be helpful. 
Remember:
A "Breeding Trio" is not a unit for bulk sales...it is two does chosen for their genetics to specifically compliment the genetics of the selected buck.  Though the does may be littermates, the buck is always kindled by a different dam; they may share a common sire.

Note: When planning to raise rabbits, it is best to purchase breed stock that is at least partially pedigreed and if unproven, no older than 9-10 mo. old.  BUT do not plan to use meat pen stock for you breeders unless the rabbit breeder from whom you purchase is aware of this intention...market pens are likely to be from the same litter or very similiar genetics and one will have no idea which are littermates.  Never breed littermates to one another.
Note: E-Z Rockin' Rabbitry will only sell breeder stock that has reached, at minimum, 80 days of age.  This allows the animal to reach a size that is more conducive to determining it's future potential as a quality breeder.
